I worked at numerous places - my father's glass company, grocery stores, and warehouses - until I decided to teach myself programming and climb my way to become a software engineer and start my own small tech business. You may have noticed a lack of politics there. For sure, I am not a career politician. My political "career" began during the 2016 primaries when I ran the Brookhaven office for Bernie Sanders, a man who I supported because I care more about issues and solutions than I do about politics and parties, and because I respected his sincerity and hard work.
